Crispy chicken and delicious milkshake but every time I've gone, they have not had their waffle fries to the point that they don't even bother telling you. Make sure to call ahead and hopefully you get em!

I used to love PDQ, but this experience was the last time I will go. I see other reviews mention the food was cold. My grilled tenders were cold and dry! I was on lunch break so I didn't have time to ask for fresh ones. On top of that my fries were very hard, they scraped the roof of my mouth. For once I didn't want to eat my fries. Service was bad too. I was rushed at the register after waiting about a minute to get served. Later at my table, I saw the cashier walk away as a customer approached. I took my grandfather out for lunch too, he is 88 years old and walks with a cane. I told him to stay at the table while I got refills, then I was going to grab the trash and baskets. He must've not heard me and got up with the trash and baskets. As I was walking back I saw him struggling to walk, an employee approaches him and instead of grabbing the baskets from him points to a far away trash can out of his way! She didn't even have anything in her hand, she wasn't helping a customer, nothing. I couldn't believe it. I used to defend PDQ when my coworkers would say it was bad, now I completely understand them.

The dining experience was fantastic and reasonably priced. The vanilla shake was delicious and they also offer crispy waffle fries. The surroundings were clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating. For those who prefer not to dine in, they can utilize the drive-thru option. The chicken sandwich was flavorful and a hit with the kids. The spicy chicken sandwich was also delicious, although it was not overly spicy.

I love PDQ! They have some of the best chicken tenders. I wasn't a big fan of their waffle fries, but I recently noticed they have new fries that are amazing! I recommend sticking with the straight-cut fries. It's a great place to eat with children.

Rating: 9/10 Wow! Everything was delicious! I must say, their fries are even better than Chick-fil-A, which is saying something! However, they could improve on their sauces. The service is quick and the food is fresh. The prices are very reasonable. The butter sandwich is especially good. The bungalow is also sweet on its own, no need to add any sauce.
