No question about it... Paella Grill has the best paella in South Florida! A very warm and welcoming vibe right when we walked in! This place has the worst customer service ever! They brought the wrong dinner out and tried to make us pay for it anyway. I have never heard of such a thing! Awesome show went with my grandparents. We had a Paella Valencia, which was delicious. Comfy and clean. Good service.
Snapper was tasteless, the rice was hard as a rock and cold. The response from the server was it must have been sitting under the heat lamp too long. No offer to replace it.

Wonderful place to enjoy dinner and relax. Love the shrimp in garlic sauce with the Spanish bread. The Mojitos are very good.
Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. Paella Seafood Grill lacks courtesy, quality, attention and SEAFOOD. I have been served and treated better at the drive through at Pollo Tropical.
