The Pattie is great. The two stars are, however, for the terrible customer service of Dejohnae. She was very rude, screaming at the customers. I will never return with this kind of treatment and will be sure not to tell others. There are many Jamaican restaurants around which you can choose from. Word of advice on management, doing something about their attitude and training other employees on their customer service skills, makes it a difference.
I am a regular customer who has always supported Finger Licking in the last 17-18 years by buying food from them regularly a month. Today I ordered soup from them over the phone I asked for the sum. When I arrived there, they didn't have the Patty I had ordered with him, and the sum jumped to almost 20.00. I asked to speak to a superior, and Joan came to know that I was a parent and told me that they never included in total what is news to me. I reminded her that I was a regular and never heard of it. She looked at me and went away, never came back. I told the employee I could imagine how they were treated there. The person looked at me and turned around. Thank you for this confirmation, as I know how to treat people as I have done the customer service for the last 33 years and you certainly do not appreciate your job, no empathy no manners nothing. Shame on Finger Licking for treating estimated customers in this way. I deserve respect because I regularly support your business and have friends and acquaintances who do it.
Today I ordered my usual Soup and patty from finger licking but this time I changed and got a large chicken soup and soup and patty special. I was told over phone the total when I asked. upon reaching there I was told the patty no longer available and to change the patty or upgrade was another $4.00 which I declined. after paying for my order which was more than I was too over the phone. I asked to speak with a supervisor. Joan came and I explained to her that I was told more than when I ordered. she rudely told me that it is a known fact that tax is never included, really, news to me.I reminded her that I have been a regular customer for years. she looked at me and walked away never coming back.I mentioned to the person who handed me my food that I can just imagine the way she treats them by how I was treated. she turned pale. Got my answer. need I say more.
