What Eric Steinberg doesn't like about Bj's Brewhouse:
Once we ordered, we waited about an hour for our dinners to arrive cold. We never heard from the server again after the apps came. We just sat there. First time there, and last time. Its also pretty expensive for having such terrible service and being so poorly run. I never post a review unless I truly had a bad experience. I wish I would have stopped to eat at any of the 20 restaurants we passed on the way. View all feedback.
The avocado egg rolls definitely aren’t how they’re supposed to look according to the Menu… Not only that, but they’re prepackaged and frozen prior to serving… I’ve seen $1 egg rolls bigger than those served here at gas stations… The bartender was great but the food was beyond disappointing for its price…
Atmosphere is amazing and Keith was a great server however we made a reservation 45 minutes in advance and when we got there, there was still a 30 minute wait even though we did make a reservation and there were plenty tables available. We did have to speak to a manager, but we got sat immediately.
BJ's Brewhouse is a go-to for us! The atmosphere is always inviting and perfect for gatherings with friends or family. The menu is very diverse, with delicious options. Service is always friendly and quick. A must-try spot for any occasion!
I've always had pleasant experiences for the most part. The food was good and I like that they have a wider variety of vegetarian items than most other places.
Great atmosphere, great service and the food is great. 10/10 recommend!!
