What User doesn't like about Subway:
Terrible customer service. I was the only person in the restaurant when I arrived, and the employee completely ignored me, stating that she was preparing a Postmates order. When I tried to ask some questions about the menu, she simply pointed to the boards with her finger. I waited for 10 minutes, but she continued to prioritize the Postmate order. I left feeling disrespected. View all feedback.
The staff always welcomes me to the store, they are corteous, professional and make delicious Subs. Thanks for being my local Subway..!
I went to my shopping in Walmart and passed to get my subway out on my way and I had a pleasure to support Carmen and Jorge on my order. You were super nice and about what we wanted. They deserve to be recognized for their work and great customer service.
Always love Subway. The two African American employees were incredibly sweet for an Asian woman fighting to place an order. I was very impressed and praised her for it.
