What Shell Scrambles doesn't like about Blackbird Bakery:
During covid I would drive all the way from Vancouver for the almond croissant.Something changed... And it wasn't good. I've tried the almond croissant 3 times in the last year and it is nowhere near as good as it used to be.It is not croissant like. I ordered a ham sandwich, very delicious. I recommend specifying that they give it to you hot!
Had a great experience here. We enjoyed the ham and cheese croissant, pastries and coffee. The service was quick and the employees were very friendly.
Not sure what it is but the coffee here is not as good as their baked goods.. continuously disappointed with the coffee and continuously surprised by the baked goods. I will keep going there just for the baked goods and switch somewhere else for
