Hands down the best Coffee and Pastries outside of Europe. Sandwiches and fresh bread incredibly tasty. Try the Potato bread. Double yum!

I usually don't post comments, but I bought 4 turkey sandwiches there today, got home to feed them to my family and was shocked that there wasn't...

Blackbird Bakery in Pemberton truly lives up to its reputation! Alongside many glowing online reviews, I can personally vouch for the high quality of their offerings. During my last visit, I had the pleasure of trying their danish, and they were simply awesome. A perfect blend of flaky pastry and delicious filling. For those in or passing through Pemberton, this bakery is a must-visit!

During covid I would drive all the way from Vancouver for the almond croissant.Something changed... And it wasn't good. I've tried the almond croissant 3 times in the last year and it is nowhere near as good as it used to be.It is not croissant like. When once it used to be flakey and crunchy, biting into the ones made these days is like eating soggy bread. I'm very disappointed but I will also save a lot of time and gas sticking to better bakeries in the Vancouver area for croissants.
