This is a fantastic spot for lunch right in the center of Pemberton. The menu mainly features sandwiches, but there are several vegetarian choices available, such as a haloumi burger, vegetable patty, and chickpea patty. There's plenty of seating and ample parking space. The service was quick and friendly. (Menu photos are from September 2022.) Service: Dine-in Meal Type: Lunch Price per person: A$1–20.

The dining area was casual and simply decorated—light, tidy, and clean. It had a welcoming atmosphere. We took our time perusing the menu until we were greeted with a smile by the lone staff member at Source Kitchen. We chose the Cheesy Classic ($17) and the Pemberton Aussie ($18) burgers, along with two orders of fries ($3 each). The burgers were incredible! The buns were perfectly toasted, slightly crisp on the outside while remaining soft inside. The beef patties were flavorful and well-seasoned, without being greasy at all. The Cheesy Classic featured delicious caramelized onions and a zesty, slightly sweet sauce that was truly addictive. The Pemberton Aussie came with juicy tomato and fresh lettuce, giving it a wonderfully healthy feel. I must also highlight the fries—crispy and uniformly seasoned with chicken salt. They were fantastic! If you love burgers, you must eat here. If you appreciate clean and simple flavors done right, this is the place for you. If you're all about unpretentious food and dining spaces, you’ll enjoy your meal here. Definitely getting some love going into their craft burgers. Chose any of the main meal options for a two handed affair. Though the menu options are more variations on a theme than creative compositions. Luckily being small business owner/chef operated you can request alterations to what 's in there. The non burger ingredients can easily be slipped in for a tiny fee. Halloumi is a great twist on the regular fair. Not as much praise can be given to the hotdogs however. Not to say that the servings aren 't generous quite the opposite they are loaded. Too much, in fact, as eating this hotdog is a challenge without a plate(not impossible). If you are worried about not getting your moneys worth don 't be. There are also salad options and the usual assortment of hot and cold drinks. A few tea options are available if a variation on black or green is what you seek. You 'll be presented with a little pot and cup which is perfect for extending the life of the beverage through the meal. Unless the meal happens to be the salad, which is surprisingly lacklustre by comparison to the rest of the menu. All in all : a very cosy joint with a familiar setting good food in a menu that 's comfortable. Source Kitchen didn 't disappoint... Unless you get the salad. Lovely little local cafe/restaurant with lots of healthy delicious options. I had the chicken, bacon and haloumi salad which was very tasty and the hsp had the BLT with a side of chips which he thoroughly enjoyed. The chips were well cooked, crispy outside, fluffy inside. My only complaint was that there was a bit too much beetroot in the salad and it was very finely diced so a bit tricky to manage. Other than that A would recommend. Oh, and they have chai, it's just not on the menu Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$20–40
