I really wish I had checked the reviews before my visit. I won’t be coming back! My taco was cold and falling apart, and it was obvious that it wasn’t fresh. I’m really frustrated and definitely won’t be returning to Taco Bell. No way!

They forgot to give us our 2 fries. We told her about the 2 orders of fries she said she would bring them to our table. After about 15 minutes I went asked them for the fries she said she forgot. They had no sodas just tea. My husband ordered Mac cheese bowl they gave him a mash potato bowl instead. I ordered the 2 piece big box deal original. The chicken was extracrispy so rubbery I could not eat it

I can't recommend this place. This Taco Bell has a monopoly in this small town, which means they're not motivated to improve their service. Every time I place an order, they manage to mess it up. I really wish we had a better fast food option in Pelzer, but since they face no competition, they don’t feel the need to focus on quality. I never thought Taco Bell could be poorly executed, but it definitely can!

Never get everything you ordered, and what?s the point of asking if you want sauce and not give it to you? Foods always luke warm and the hard shell tacos aren?t even hard

The staff really needs to improve their organization. When we arrived, there was only one person in front of us in line. My husband placed our order and paid, but there was just one person handling both in-store and drive-thru orders. Although two people were working in the kitchen, only one was assembling the orders. Several drive-thru orders that were placed after ours were prioritized and served before us. Another customer walked in, noticed the lack of a line, and decided to wait briefly before choosing to use the drive-thru instead, knowing he would get his food faster. By that time, we still hadn't received our order. When we finally did, it was incorrect. The customer behind us also received the wrong order, and the girl who was assembling the orders apologized to her, explaining that she was trying to manage three tasks at once.
