You can always count on your order being wrong and taking a long time to be served.
The food is good, but this is one of the slowest restaurants I've ever visited. It seemed like everything took an eternity!
I really wish I had checked the reviews before my visit. I won’t be coming back! My taco was cold and falling apart, and it was obvious that it wasn’t fresh. I’m really frustrated and definitely won’t be returning to Taco Bell. No way!
I can't recommend this place. This Taco Bell has a monopoly in this small town, which means they're not motivated to improve their service. Every time I place an order, they manage to mess it up. I really wish we had a better fast food option in Pelzer, but since they face no competition, they don’t feel the need to focus on quality. I never thought Taco Bell could be poorly executed, but it definitely can!
