The customer service at Subway was outstanding! Bre was exceptionally helpful in guiding us through the new menu. Her warm and engaging manner made our visit even more enjoyable. We decided to try the MexiCali sandwich, and she noted that while some find the pepper jack cheese spicy, she personally didn’t think so—it was absolutely delicious! She also kindly accommodated our request to have no onions on half of our 12-inch sandwich and separated the halves for us. On top of that, she let us know we could get a third cookie for just a penny more, which was an easy decision. Great customer service is rare, and Bre really made our experience at Subway memorable!
A man carrying an umbrella was quite hungry as he walked down the street looking for something to eat and found himself at a Subway in Pella. The food was honestly pretty good! Just watch out for the bear!
We have dined at this restaurant several times and truly appreciate the range of sandwich choices offered, along with the freshness of the ingredients. The staff is consistently friendly as well.
I ordered two sandwich trays on very short notice, and the manager was extremely accommodating. I appreciated their helpfulness in taking my order. The sandwiches ended up being a huge hit after the rehearsal!
This is one of the largest and cleanest Subway restaurants I've ever visited. I had a chance to chat with the manager, and it's easy to see why this location is so successful. Everything about it was excellent.
