Subway - Pella

We have visited this restaurant several times and really enjoy the wide variety of sandwich options they offer. The food is always fresh, and the staff is friendly.

I ordered two sandwich platters on very short notice, and the manager was incredibly accommodating. They took my order with a smile, and the sandwiches turned out to be a big hit after our rehearsal.

There was a man with an umbrella, and he was quite hungry. He walked down the street to grab a bite to eat. He enjoyed a good meal on the subway in Pella. Honestly, be aware of the bear!

Fantastic customer service! Bre was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the new menu. She was welcoming and engaged in conversation, making our experience even better. We ordered the MexiCali, and she mentioned that some people find the pepper jack cheese spicy, but she didn't find it that way at all. It was delicious! She also accommodated our request to have no onion on half of the 12-inch sandwich and even separated the halves for us. Additionally, she informed us that we could get a third cookie for just a penny more, which was an easy choice to make. Good customer service is hard to come by, and Bre truly stands out!
