The employee who took our order at the drive-thru was extremely rude and didn't include all of our items in the bag. When we pointed it out, their attitude worsened, and they refused to provide the missing food or even give us a receipt to verify our charges. We will not be coming back to this location. Good luck to anyone who does.
This is the quickest service I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. I visited with around 10 people, and it only took about 5 minutes for all of us to receive our meals. The time from placing the order to getting the food was roughly 30 seconds. Plus, the food was tasty.
Wendy's has fallen short of expectations in delivering fresh, hot fries. The drive-thru service is lacking, frequently resulting in cold food or unavailable menu items.
