Contribute FeedbackOverall, the restaurant received mixed reviews from customers. One diner had a frustrating experience with slow service, incorrect orders, and a lack of attention from staff. Another customer found the food to be good, but pointed out that some items were not served at the right temperature, indicating a possible lack of management. On the other hand, one reviewer enjoyed their meal and praised the quick and friendly service, but noted confusion over the opening hours of the inside seating area. Despite these varied experiences, it seems that the patio was a pleasant place to dine.
OK, this is the third week in a row this location has been drive thru only. No problem...but sitting in line for 30mins is insane (as i sit in line). On top of that the delivery of the information. Don 't get an attitude as if you "put the chains up "to present the notion that the stations MIGHT be closed. I assume I am expected to sit in line until happy hour is over. It 'scounterproductive to the promotion in the first place. OK I get it...No, the drink is not worth me sitting in line thislong...so I 'll drive off. Point taken...I won 't be back. Manager, Regional manager...owner...generic replies aren 't enough tokeep people coming to this location. Sonic in general....I 'm not driving across town for anything on your menu. You might wannacorrect the problem for every patron on this side of town.
You can't beat some of the deals offered by Sonic. Today (10/31) was .50 corn dogs. I don't think I've ever had disgusting food from Sonic and that's why I keep going back. I just wish they had sauerkraut for the hotdogs (I'm probably in the minorityhere).
The server was in such a hurry, she didn't stay to get her tip. She also seem to be in a bad mood. I waited 15 plus minutes for cold cold food. ???? I asked them to replace cold fries and 10 minutes later they brought 2 large hot ???? fries. I'm ok withthem trying to fix the problem but my question is why not get it right the first time? My burger was still cold and pop wasflat.
Perfectly mixed slush! I asked for a Strawberry fruit slush with xtra fruit. This is about the best one I have had. Sweet like it?s supposed to be with lots of flavor and with xtra fruit. Went to Sonic in Alabaster last week and they I kid you not, gaveme a slush that was only white ice, and the car hop told me that ? it probably didn?t get mixed right? and did not try to get mea new one. Kudos to this location for making my slush right. Service was fast and car hop called me , sir and said thank you.

Original: Join me as I walk you through the experience I hadtoday at this location on Sunday October 2nd, 2022 at 2:30PM. I pulled into the parking lot and half of the menu boards hadsigns that stated Orders must go through the drive-thru. Well, they have inside seating and I had my daughter with me so Iparked and we walked to the door. Locked. No sign. Walked to the next door. Locked. No sign. Ok, I guess we are going throughthe drive-thru. I wait in line and the girl says What 'chu want? No greeting. I state that I would like 2 orders of cookiedough bites. She repeats that into her cell phone. She gives me the price and I said, Ok, thank you. No reply from her. I getto window and the girl states the price and holds out her hand for payment. No greeting or anything friendly. I pay and sheimmediately hands us the ice cream that goes with the order. It 's 83 degrees today but I guess I 'll let these melt while we waitfor the rest. She hands holds the bag out of the window when it 's finally ready and doesn 't say a word. I take it and sheimmediately closes the window. My daughter said they only gave us one after checking the bag. I got the girl 's attention andthen told her. No word was spoken by her and she slammed the window shut. I saw her grabbing her head and walk a few steps backand was talking to someone. She came back and said the guy gave us all 6 of the bites in one bag. I was thinking Ok, I asked fortwo orders but I 'll deal with it, and then said ok, thank you. No reply, just closed the window. We park and my daughter tellsme there are no spoons. Ok. No napkins. Ok. Ice cream is melting but I live 15 minutes away so I head home. We g
