Not only is their food great but the customer service is exemplary! Even when they are very busy they take their time to take care of you. I ordered two pizzas at 2:40 PM and called an hour later because they hadn't arrived, only to be told that the driver was on the way. It's now 4:20 PM and I'm still waiting. This is not a good way to run a business, and they haven't communicated whether they were busy or what the delay was. When the pizza finally arrived at 4:45 PM, it was cold.
