When I... read more I rarely write reviews, but I had to share my experience. I ordered 14 items for a company lunch through DoorDash because the KFC website wasn’t working. When I arrived, my order hadn’t even been confirmed yet, so I ended up waiting about 30 minutes past my expected pickup time. Then they informed me they were out of chicken breasts. Not wanting to delay my coworkers, I told them to just put whatever chicken pieces they had in the boxes. When I got back to work and started handing out lunches, three orders were missing. I called the restaurant to let them know, but they insisted everything was in the bags. They then asked me to bring all the food back so they could check. Honestly, if I weren't ordering for my colleagues, I wouldn’t have bothered returning. When I got there, they again claimed all orders were included, but eventually gave me the three missing meals—with completely wrong sides.

Today, my meal didn't include a biscui... read more During my second to last visit, I ordered a 3-piece dark meat meal but was given 2 dark pieces and 1 white piece instead. Today, my meal didn't include a biscuit, and the chicken pieces looked unusually small, almost like they were from a bantam. After 40 years of being a customer, I think it's time to say goodbye to KFC.

A woman wit... read more My experience at this KFC was disappointing. When we arrived for mobile pickup, the door was locked, and we were told to use the drive-thru instead. A woman with black hair and a rude attitude told us to grab the microphone at the window, but no one was there to assist us. After a long wait, we finally got our food, only to find it was cold and our order was incorrect—twice. We had to return to fix the errors, and the staff member we dealt with remained unfriendly. I would suggest avoiding this location; the mobile ordering system doesn’t seem to work well if the pickup process is so frustrating.

However, when I got home and tasted the food, I discovered that the cor... read more I ordered an 8-piece family meal that came with corn, coleslaw, and macaroni and cheese. However, when I got home and tasted the food, I discovered that the corn was burnt and dried out, making it impossible to eat. I called the store to discuss the issue with the manager, but while I was explaining my situation, he hung up on me. I think he should be held responsible for the poor quality of the food and his unprofessional customer service. As a result of this experience, my family has decided to steer clear of KFC in the future.
