There were maybe 10 people in the restaurant and 5 people behind the counter so WHY did it take 2 hours to have my food served?? My party of 3 came in with

Today we decided to eat out . I have no complaints about the food it was soooo good..The waitress Jordan was a sweetheart. But my complaint is that when we pulled up I see this girl behind the counter standing by the grill..Well when she saw us pull up she came from behind the counter peeping..We were like who is that..We get inside and the girl is not a worker she was dirty and was NOT in any uniform.. I?m like what is she doing here and behind the counter.. Well she went outside walking around everywhere with her phone then wait for this?She came inside and started helping with the clean utensils ? dirty hands and all????? Touching the clean utensils ok give me plastic ware..Ok this is NOT acceptable..I guess she followed her sister or friend to work? Ok she went behind the counter and fixed her a cup of coffee smh this was too much? Honey you are NOT at your house..OK next time I see this from the car I will keep it moving.. I have a photo of this but I won?t post it.. Please Management speak to the workers about this matter because it?s too much..
Why is it that when you come into this restaurant every time the tables is nasty with dishes, they only clean tables when the customer comes in good food but server dianna asked a couple if they knew any place hiring the guy spoke up and said his wife needs a job and dianna said you don't want to work hear believe me that's not good business for the huddle house she took our order never came back to check on us the nice lady cooking was doing dianna job(giving us our order checking on us) so we Left her the tip need better employees
I placed an online order (was going to call to place it but no one answered) said it would be ready by a certain time. I got there a few minutes past the time I was supposed to be there and I told them I was there to pick up my order and the girl just looked at me like she had no idea what I was talking about. They had just started cooking it when I asked to pick it up. The service could have been better and the food definitely could have been worth the 38 dollars that I spent.
