I always have a wonderful experience at the Pelham Bridge Street location (not in the plaza). I live nearby and visit at least four times a week, and they consistently get my order right, even though it's not always the same. My husband agrees that they are fantastic! Thank you for all your hard work! I believe we should start giving them tips!

The customer service at this restaurant is absolutely terrible. The staff are extremely rude and consistently mess up my order. I won't be returning!

This used to be one of the best Dunkin' locations around. They were fast, friendly, and accurate. Now, it’s not unusual to wait 10-15 minutes in the drive-thru, only to end up with undrinkable coffee. Today, I waited 20 minutes for the wrong coffee and then spent another 15 minutes at the counter before I finally gave up and left. The Dunkin' next to the post office across the street wasn't any better; their doors were locked, and I couldn't use the drive-thru because of the size of my work truck.

I bought $10 worth of menu items. When I got the food, I asked for ice water and was told that I had to be charged for it! REALLY??Apparently, this establishment is all about the money, not the customer or customer service. I should have known after seeing the sign on the door saying, "Restrooms are for PAYING customers only. "Greed over customers is never a good idea in any business. I won 't be back to that DD store!
