However, I ended up with 3 cream-filled doughnuts instead of the Bavarian ones, and 2 jelly doughnuts that didn't have any jelly in them.

I've visited multiple times, and each time I receive my matcha latte, there's a 1 to 1.5-inch gap at the top. It’s quite frustrating that this keeps happening repeatedly. Plus, their new mobile order drive-thru system is confusing and doesn’t actually speed up the process—the line still moves slowly.
