Dunkin' - Pelham

I really wish this Dunkin would fill my drink all the way. Multiple visits now, they give me my Matcha latte with a 1 -1.5 gap at the top. It's very frustrating when it keeps happening time after time. Their new mobile order drive through line is justconfusing, and doesn't speed up the process. The line still moves slow.

My drink was perfect and it was made FAST. I think it was too good because the whole thing was gone in ten minutes...and it was a large.

We were unable to place an order because it turns out the staff had locked themselves out of the restaurant. This raises the question of why both employees were outside in the first place. Given this mistake, I'm giving a 1-star review since I couldn't order due to their oversight.

I went through the drive-thru to pick up some doughnuts for my family for later. I ordered 3 Bavarian, 3 glazed, 3 jelly, and 3 blueberry. However, I ended up with 3 cream-filled doughnuts instead of the Bavarian ones, and 2 jelly doughnuts that didn't have any jelly in them.
