Dave Buster's Pelham Manor

Celebrated my sons 11th birthday and everyone had a great time. Did not get a party package but just ordered off the regular menu. They accommodated my group and helped us with everything we needed. Everyone adults and children had a great time!

The only good thing that I tasted from the menu was the Cauliflower Bites. It was seasoned well and the sauce was good! The Fries were way too salty and the fish was not good. The Kids Mac N' Cheese was terrible! My nephew got a belly ache after eating it and it looked like Kraft Mac and Cheese. The Strawberry Lemonade for the price should have been in a larger glass, instead it was in a small plastic cup. The children enjoyed their Sno Globe drinks. The service was not good. Had no idea was my hostess name was, although she was helpful. No body came to clear the table until I spoke to someone. Our Waitress was awful! My daugther asked for a cup to take her drink home and the waitress made her walk with her to get a plastic cup when she could have just brought the cup to the table. The Woman's Bathroom was clean. Overall, my daughter enjoyed playing with her family and friends on her birthday, but the food and service need improvement.

Even with a reservation it took more than 27 minutes to be seated; not sure if they are under staffed but everything was brought to the table late and with more than a 15-20 minute wait for food, drinks and even the check
