This was the absolute WORST experien... read more The drive thru service coupled with the raw food I brought back to the hotel with me makes me wish I hadn't wasted my time. This was the absolute WORST experience I've had at one of these establishments and a possible game changer for me. To top it off, no one will answer the phone for me to even let them know they're serving undercooked food. I have no desire to have it replaced, but as a former manager of a restaurant- I'd want to know if my cooks and line staff didn't know what fully cooked food should look like.

We have at this point on Friday 17th. June (about 5 a.m.) and the food and service were great! The checkout had a smile on her face, the lobby and the bathrooms were clean, our orders were made right, and the food (fish, Okra and Pommes) was hot and fresh. We'll be back soon.

I ordered two three-piece dinners each one had about nine uncooked fries and each one had one small ice cream scoop of mac cheese. I had to cook the fries in an air fryer what you see in the pictures was for two orders. Keep in mind that each meal is $8.69 plus tax. I highly recommend you pick a different restaurant!

I’m not sure who tho... read more When I opened the box, I was immediately put off by all the crumbs inside. I visited the Captain D’s in Pelham on the evening of 6/15/2022. I’m not sure who thought it was acceptable to serve food like this. At first, I couldn’t even see the fish because it was buried under a pile of crumbs—the photo was taken after I dug the filets out. Additionally, it seems like the filets are getting smaller and smaller. I remember when the portions used to be a decent size.

I ordered two three-piece dinners, and each came with only about nine undercooked fries and a tiny scoop of mac and cheese. I even had to cook the fries myself in an air fryer. What you see in the pictures is for both orders combined. Keep in mind, each meal costs $8.69 plus tax. I strongly suggest choosing a different restaurant!
