I wanted to share my experience at this restaurant. We stopped for dinner while traveling through Alabama and I must say, the customer service was the best I've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant! My friend accidentally left his phone behind, and the staff were incredibly kind and honest, keeping it safe for us until we returned to collect it. On top of that, they got our order right. While we were sitting down, one of the female employees even walked around to check if we needed anything else. It was truly impressive! Great job, BK!
I hadn't been to Burger King in ages, but I finally went tonight because I had a voucher. The woman at the drive-thru was really friendly and personable, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return!
I ordered the three for $3 deal, and as soon as I stepped outside, the bottom of my bag gave way. I returned to the restaurant and explained what happened, and they generously replaced everything, even though I mentioned that the burger was still in its wrapper and was fine. My dog was quite pleased with the extra (free) burger!
