The management, particularly the manager Judy, is exceptionally friendly and remembers customers' names and their orders. Honestly, she is the reason I visit this Hardee’s every morning. It's a fantastic store with wonderful staff and a very clean environment. I will definitely keep coming back each morning. Great job, and I hope this message gets conveyed to them—they truly are amazing!
The food was disappointing, and I ended up getting my $12 back for the burger. This was my first visit, and it will definitely be my last. Although the girl at the drive-thru was very polite, I simply can't bring myself to eat this food. I've included a picture for reference.
Kid that waited on us in the drive thru was very informative about what was in each meal combo. He was pleasant to talk to and was really funny.
I had a great experience with going through the drive-thru there intercom system worked great I could understand them and they could understand me the wait wasn't long the food was hot and fresh and the window clerk was very polite
