The donuts were left ou... read more I have visited this location twice at 7 PM, even though they close at 9. Each time I've gone, it felt like they were already closing up. The donuts were left out on a rack without any covering, and I had no idea what flavors were available. To make matters worse, they weren't fresh. Additionally, the hot chocolate machine was also out of order during my visits.

However, the management at th... read more I visit this coffee shop every day, so I've gotten to know the staff by name. They are wonderful and always take great care of me. However, the management at this location (Hart St. Dyer, IN) is disappointing. They have never informed the staff that they’ve received positive reviews, which is simply unacceptable.
