Wine list very... read more Ambience good, service staff friendly, accommodating and also helpful when asked. The menu is good and, depending on the region, very fish-heavy. Wine list very good. Unfortunately, the dish (carp cordon bleu) was served almost raw and had to be recooked. The aforementioned dish and also the fried carp fillet were unfortunately heavily boned. Are we used to something different from the Franconian region, where the fish is probably treated differently beforehand (soaked in brine until the fine bones have dissolved). A pity...
