Despite being very low season and just a few peopl... read more We had dinner here once during a lovely holiday in Val di Peio. The restaurant was a good, positive surprise. Despite being very low season and just a few people around, there was quite a lot of choice and every thing on the menu was available. We had a first course recommended by the Owner (a lovely, kind lady) and a second course out of choice. Every thing was good and well presented. There was even a buffet of salad and veg, with other appetizers on a side table that the guest were invited to enjoy. Pleasant surprise, when in the area we'll be back.

We were a group of six and had a variety of dishes: gnocchi made from nettles, pasta with mushrooms, traditional venison were among our favorites. The service was gracious and friendly. The restaurant, part of the hotel, is warm and inviting,

Swimming pool and excellent spa. The real march more than other hotels, however, put the owners, always with a smile, very kind, available, and ready to pamper their customers. It's the love they put in their work and make you feel like home. Congratulations really... you gave us a perfect week! Thank you.

I am a historical customer of the cevedale hotel; For over thirty years it is my hotel of trust and reference in Trentino, in the beautiful setting of the valle... read more I am a historical customer of the cevedale hotel; For over thirty years it is my hotel of trust and reference in Trentino, in the beautiful setting of the valley of sun. is managed by the brothers monari, enzo, sandra and gianna with great professionalism and passion. the common rooms are elegant and mountain style, and the rooms, all renovated, super comfortable and clean. the hotel restaurant is an excellent typical Trentino tavern. You eat divinely! the staff everything is always attentive and caring towards the customer. Last but not least, the wine cellar, with excellent wines and the wellness centre with pool, sauna, Turkish bath and small gym. in the center of the village of cogolo, immersed in the national park of stelvio, guarantees a pleasant holiday in every season. a superior star that for me is worth my place of heart.
