We were disappointed by the dishes, but it's my fault because we were closed eyes there. I should have read the previous comments on the restaurant. Apparently, like many others we have been disappointed by a tasteless cuisine, especially the lamb mouse that is apparently your star product for 2 years. Also, the little spelt was too cooked and bathed in water. So we did like many others, go home and eat our dessert...As for the waiter, who asks us if it's right, and we answer "no, not at all". His simple answer was "I'm just the waiter, I leave the kitchen to the chef because it's really not my thing". I'm not sorry or obliged to bring the information back to her superiors apparently.Thank you Madam debuorah r,. But we're not coming back.

A beautiful calming setting but a big flat on the service some servers (ses) are tops but others....service slow disordinated no attention to customers, it is very bad because it is a nice place and the food is good but there is a lack of competent staff, the cocktails are very low of range, it is a shame because the lounge part is very pleasant but it would require a real barman capable of making some good cocktails.

One minor drawback: we had barely finished eating or drinking when our glasses and plates were taken away. It felt like we had to leave quickly. Apart from that, the site is superb.

Three to four times a year since 2019, invited by my clients or by myself, in addition to the delicious food and the almost affectionately attentive service, I've been there on Tuesday, May 5th at noon, when I was terribly late. I love the enchanting and bucolic setting on the banks of the Siagne River, and its feathered guests by the water's edge, where I think I've had a ticket with a can of beer for the past two years, and where I've developed a crush on his sister with the magnificent blue eyes. Keep on amazing and dazzling us. With, if I may, all my best wishes. Gérard Ribet
