The tonkotsu pork r... read more Entered this place and we were greeted immediately. The staff is very nice. We ordered the Korean fried chicken wings they were pretty good. The tonkotsu pork ramen was next and I was not really impressed. The broth was creamy however the egg was not marinated or soft boiled. The pork was not like a traditional chashu pork, the pieces given were quite thick. Overall it was not bad. Definitely not a top notch Ramen location.

The ramen was undeniably outstanding and the sushi expertly prepared and wonderful. Service was outstanding. I have always been a huge fan of an owner that meets and engages with the guests! She's amazing, open, and very professional. Very clean and comfortable eatery in Peekskill. Gem status.

Ordered tofu tonko... read more I came in on a Thursday afternoon around 2pm ish and was served right away. Everyone was super nice and friendly. The food was really good!!! Ordered tofu tonkotsu ramen and spicy scallop sushi along with green tea ice cream. Certainly recommend !!! Thebar is pretty stocked!
