I get the vegan nebel ramen quite often. they also have a cute little garden seat on the back, which is a perk that they do not really find in this opposite. the owner is always so friendly. Overall, I would come back when I was in the opposite.

The tonkotsu pork ramen was next and I was not really impressed. The broth was creamy however the egg was not marinated or soft boiled. The pork was not like a traditional chashu pork, the pieces given were quite thick. Overall it was not bad. Definitely not a top notch Ramen location.

The ramen was undeniably outstanding and the sushi expertly prepared and wonderful. Service was outstanding. I have always been a huge fan of an owner that meets and engages with the guests! She's amazing, open, and very professional. Very clean and comfortable eatery in Peekskill. Gem status.

When I went vegan, I was pleased to hear that the vegan options offered. I often get the vegan bastards. You also have a sweet little garden seat on the back, which is definitely a perk that you do not really find in this area. The owner is always so friendly. There are no vegan labels or indications on the menu, but our server could help us. The vegetarianly marked rugs can be ordered vegan. The standard noodles are not vegan, so vegan ramen comes with very fine, thin rice noodles. Not my favorite noodles, but not too bad. There were many veggie fillings on our riddles, and they looked absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately, the broths were a farewell. Bland, without taste, and badly seasoned. Everyone in our group ordered another ramen, and this was unfortunately the case with everyone. I ordered the Dan Dan-Ramen, and there were lumps (I think it was the basis whatever they use to season/flame the broth? in the bottom of my bowl, which was inconspicuous and could easily be avoided by thorough wiping before serving. There was a good amount of seemingly vegan non-ramen entrees on the menu, and you could try more luck one of them! All in all, not unpalatable, only underwhelming. I probably wouldn't visit again.

This is definitely not the best rug you will ever have, but there are no tons of options in the area so it makes the task to fill you and is satisfied on a cold day. Nikki the owner was so nice she kept on checking on us if we liked the food or not. We orderedvegetarian gyoza and they were all made from scratch the same morning. The same outer layer was a thing and just perfect. Weordered Tom yum ramen that had a little Thai inclination to the taste like the Tom yum soup and it was delicious too. Andordered vegetarian spicy tofu donburi it was just amazing. Love to visit the place again since Winter is coming and Ramen iscomforting!
