I get the vegan nebel ramen quite often. they also have a cute little garden seat on the back, which is a perk that they do not really find in this opposite. the owner is always so friendly. Overall, I would come back when I was in the opposite.

Me and my husband live in a neighboring town and are here frequently. We usually get the vegetarian ramen which is vegan , and it's so good! I crave it every week. The veggie dumpling appetizer is delicious as well. My husband has tried some other vegan dishes and has been happy with all of them. I take family and friends here frequently since it's one of my favorite restaurants in Peekskill. The staff are also super friendly! It's such a cute place. Definitely recommend!

The tonkotsu pork ramen was next and I was not really impressed. The broth was creamy however the egg was not marinated or soft boiled. The pork was not like a traditional chashu pork, the pieces given were quite thick. Overall it was not bad. Definitely not a top notch Ramen location.

The ramen was undeniably outstanding and the sushi expertly prepared and wonderful. Service was outstanding. I have always been a huge fan of an owner that meets and engages with the guests! She's amazing, open, and very professional. Very clean and comfortable eatery in Peekskill. Gem status.

There are no vegan labels or indications on the menu, but our server was able to help us. The vegetarian-labeled ramens can be ordered vegan. The default noodles are not vegan, so vegan ramen comes with very fine, thin rice noodles. Not my favorite type of noodle, but not too bad. There were plenty of veggie toppings on our ramen, and they looked absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately, the broths were a let-down. Bland, lacking flavor, and poorly seasoned. Everyone in our group ordered a different ramen, and this was unfortunately the case with all of them. I ordered the Dan Dan ramen, and there were clumps (I think it was the base of whatever they use to season/flavor the broth? in the bottom of my bowl, which was unappetizing and could have been easily avoided by thoroughly whisking before serving. There were a good amount of seemingly vegan non-ramen entrees on the menu, and one might have better luck trying one of those! All in all, not unpalatable, just underwhelming. I probably wouldn’t visit again.

When I went vegan I was delighted to hear that the offered vegan options. I get the vegan miso ramen quite often. They also have a cute little garden seating area in the back which is definitely a perk you don’t really find in this area. The owner is also always so friendly. Request rice, buckwheat or udon noodles for ramen. Regular ramen now contains eggs...resulting from supplier change when expanding noodle options.

This definitely is not the best ramen you’ll ever have but there’s not a ton of options in the area so it does the job of filling you up and is satisfying on a cold day. Nikki the owner was so nice she kept on checking on us if we liked the food or not. We orderedvegetarian gyoza and they were all made from scratch the same morning. The same outer layer was a thing and just perfect. Weordered Tom yum ramen that had a little Thai inclination to the taste like the Tom yum soup and it was delicious too. Andordered vegetarian spicy tofu donburi it was just amazing. Love to visit the place again since Winter is coming and Ramen iscomforting!
