Our barmaids were... read more I really enjoyed my evening at the Peekskill Public Kitchen. I stopped out after work with a couple of friends and everyone enjoy themselves. Our barmaids were fun and excellent at their craft. Having lived in Buffalo as a kid I feel as though I knowa good buffalo chicken wing when I have one. Peekskill public kitchen has been my best experience yet having wings in the area. The others locally seem to think that simply dousing fried wings and hot sauces good enough. Not true. I should probably havegiven this five stars but parking is at a premium.

The food took a bit longer to arrive, but it was definitely worth the wait. Overall, it's a nice little pub located just up the hill from the train station.
