Nonna's has emerged as a mixed bag for diners, with some noting the charm of its diverse menu and courteous staff. While a few dishes, like the Chicken Francese and pizza, received praise for freshness and taste, others fell short, with complaints about soggy fries and unremarkable baked ziti. Service quality was inconsistent, with experiences ranging from rude interactions to helpful staff. The restaurant's pricing sparked debate, but many appreciated its reasonable options. Despite some setbacks, loyal patrons continue to enjoy takeout, hinting at a restaurant with potential amidst areas needing improvement. Overall, it’s a place worth a visit, albeit with tempered expectations.

Was Francesca Reynolds at Nonna's Pizza a mag?
As an O.T.R driver, I stopped at this restaurant two nights in a row for the first time. I ordered a large cheese pizza, a spinach roll with marinara sauce, and a tiramisu dessert. The bill came out to $29, and I added a 15% tip, making it a little more expensive. I was disappointed that they wanted to charge extra for Parmesan cheese, which I thought was unnecessary. However, the food was decent overall. View all feedback.

What Eldridge Ritchie dislikes about Nonna's Pizza:
I ordered food online and it never came. I called them up and they said the system is down and they can't refund me the money. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and I spent 30 dollars plus a 7 dollar tip. This is unacceptable and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. If you want pizza go elsewhere. This is also a chain business so if you wanted to support a small business owner this isn't a small business o... View all feedback.

With the Pandemic lingering over our lives food always helps to comfort us no matter what the occasion is. I ordered the food the day before and the staff at Nonna’s were very helpful and accommodating despite the short notice and before New Year’s Eve. I picked up the food the next day and it was ready at the time they said it would be ready. The Chicken Frances’s was very good-lots of lemon and garlic yummy- as well as the Chicken Parmesan and Broccoli Rabe with sausage. I will recommend that you order or go eat at the restaurant-the food is great.

We all have our own opinions about prices and what we're willing to pay. We dined at this restaurant and ordered lamb and chicken marsala for two, along with a hot cocoa and a glass of house wine, which came out to be $55. Your thoughts on the pricing may vary.
