No hibachi. Don't no out of service or what. But chef was sitting by it. Selection of food was bare to nothing to select. Totally disappointed. Nice and cozy to sit. They claimed the customers owed money for an additional child, which was repeatedly brought up. Is there a way to handle this situation professionally without ruining everyone's dining experience? The customers had already checked their bank statements before being yelled at and did not raise their voices in response. They have spent hundreds of dollars at this establishment over the years, including tips. This behavior is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
