They need some... read more While the staff is nice and friendly, and my coffee and foods are me perfectly, after 2:30 p.m. it becomes a loud and rowdy after-school Hangout. They need some no loitering signs and enforcement. If not for that, I would give the store five stars especially for the staff.

My only criticism would be the absence of customer parking. The only way to park is via the streetside parking meters. Minimum of $1 for an hour and a maximum of 2 hours.

However, the girl who made my sandwich just placed it on the rack along with several other orders. Eventually, someone came over and asked what I had ordered; they then inquired and found my sandwich sitting on the rack. I explained that she should have called out the number, as I wasn't going to dig through bags of food looking for my sandwich. The food itself isn’t bad. Personally, I'm not a fan of Dunkin' Donuts coffee, but my friend swears by the caramel swirl with almond milk.

I often get cups that are only half full, and they try to cover it up by adding foam on top. Even when I bring this to their attention, they only fill them to about two-thirds at best. I'm not sure if the staff finds this funny or if they simply don’t know what they’re doing. Their attitude definitely needs improvement, especially when it comes to handling mistakes. The establishment itself is dirty and poorly maintained, with the kitchen and barista area looking particularly untidy. I won’t be coming back.

When I request the staff to correct my order, they tend to respond with a bad attitude. I won't be coming back to this location.
