When I asked for a refill on my Dunkin' Donuts card, they accepted my payment but cleared my existing balance instead. I've also experienced multiple instances of receiving the wrong order. While the staff is friendly, it seems there are frequent miscommunications, often because they don’t fully grasp what is being said. For instance, when I visited yesterday to order a cup of coffee, I was given tea by mistake.
