On a normal day... read more We reached Pécs at 10.30 in the night, hungry and jet lagged. This was the only place with its kitchen open. The doner and the platter are huge. On a normal day, I would not be able to finish the doner it was so big! Unlike other kebap places.. the meat here was tender, not crisp. The price... low. I did not visit again because I wanted to try other restaurants and cuisines.. but I would certainly eat here again. Caveat... if you are looking for indoor dining ambience... you won’t find it here. Take your food to under the garden umbrella and eat looking out at the tér.

The pizza itself was ok but not amazing. The staff itself is young except for the manager so I guess they just started and were not experienced. Pizza is a fast food but it was more slow food here. Watch out for this restaurant!
