What Maristella Serra doesn't like about Al cort:
grotto located in a beautiful landscape, sin for the mis-education of the hierarchy and the long and unjustifiable waiting times. you are greeted with an Italian abstained. If you do not speak German Swiss and you are not a tourist of ozone, you are not entitled to a certain type of service. we ordered a plate of Ticino sausages and we were served a cutter with also Spanish spicy salami. Ticino's grotti are famous fo... View all feedback.
We stayed in this nice little grottino during our daughter's scout camp. . . The owner, a German Swiss, besides being very rude was not organized at all. . . The people arrived this day were many, but the lady in question definitely does not want to stop in this beautiful place surrounded by nature... our questions answered in an unsuitable and very arrogant way, the cafes were pessimi and mooolto long......it is bad to find these people to manage a typical Ticino grotto that have nothing to do with the culture of the place.
Spontaneously we visited the al cort and were courteous and friendly. Of course, there is no longer the whole range of the menu at the end of oktober, yet all have found something suitable. the food tasted great, the wein matched and the farewell offered us a grappa. we will be coming back
We ended up in this grotto because unfortunately at the pozzasc it was all full as always, when never. He welcomed us the maid (owner) who has ways of doing very arrogant and rude. we asked for two aperol spritz, there is brought them without ice, hot and unbeatable. to the request if it was possible to have some ice to answer with a dry no, then adding that they do not have it. we ordered a mixed slicer cutter for 2 people (good enough) and stew and polenta. being in 3 people put the cutlery only for one. when we pointed out that for the other 2 had not put knife and fork he always answered arrogantly "why do you need it?" we answered to eat and his answer was that he would not bring them because we can eat with the hands sliced. You hallucinate! the polenta and stew dish was ungodly, the stew was hard, so much so that it was hard to chew. Luckily I didn't order it because I would leave it there. the time of very long attestations, we asked for a second beer that arrived after 30 minutes and the place was empty, only us 3 and a table behind 6 people, all German Swiss as the owners. We'll never go again. It is a shame to see local owners who are not able to carry out this job, I speak especially for the owner that we can not do absolutely. a smile would never hurt.

As the grotto at the pozzasc was full (our fault, we did not have reserved...) we went to this place to have lunch at noon. we asked for two Ticino dishes, but they told us that on Monday we don't need the sliced (?????). we then folded on two mixed salads, two reduced, a bottle of white w a natural water jug. summary: Salads have already arrived in a vinegar bath (immangiabili,) risottos have arrived raw means (immangiabili) and in the account I have also invoiced 3 francs for the caraffa d'acqua naturale! the leaders (regorously from the German Swiss accent) were extremely arrogant and rude (and not only with us.) never again! on this place I made a beautiful cross!
