I've had a good burger the last time I was there. The Sunday breakfast buffet is good. All the meals on the menu have been hit or miss.
Scrambled eggs were overcooked. Nothing special on the menu and it is slightly overpriced compared to other breakfast restaurants.
Nice staff, good food! We didn't realize we had stayed after close (about 10 mins) and we weren't even asked to leave! Bless their hearts, they were so sweet! Will return!

After I left Rockford, I realized I had a tire going down. Stopped in Winnebago to air it up and continued to Freeport, praying to make it home! Tire went flat right in front of Harvest Restaurant. While waiting on repair truck, when in to get out of heat and get lunch. I am positive this all worked out for my good only by the grace of God. The food was wonderful. Atmosphere friendly. Will definitely be stopping in again. Minus the flat tire hopefully.
