This restaurant presents a blend of delightful and frustrating experiences. Diners rave about the fresh, high-quality salads and the pleasant, helpful young servers, particularly praising a staff member named Jorge for his attentive service. The clean atmosphere and spacious seating add to its appeal, despite some high prices. However, not all interactions are as positive; complaints arise over rude behavior from an older staff member, and a distracted employee seemingly more focused on personal distractions than customer care. While patrons enjoy the food, the restaurant’s service inconsistencies deserve attention to enhance the overall dining experience.

The young servers were excellent! Thank you, ladies. Unfortunately, the older woman had a negative reaction when I inquired if the server wearing the mask could continue serving me. What User dislikes about Salata:
The young African American woman at this restaurant provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She does not smile and is rude to customers. I initially thought it was just a bad day on my first visit, but on my return I realized it is just her personality. This happened at the Pearland Parkway location. It is truly terrible and she should stay in the back if she does not want to serve customers. View all feedback.

The young servers were excellent! Thank you, ladies. Unfortunately, the older woman had a negative reaction when I inquired if the server wearing the mask could continue serving me. She seemed irritated, rolled her eyes, and walked away. Little did they know, I had been hospitalized with Delta in the ICU. Thankfully, I survived, but I am not yet back to 100% health since COVID-19. We all have our opinions about it, and I am taking precautions. Regardless, when I politely asked about the masked server, I was taken aback by her reaction. It's important to respond respectfully in all situations.

This restaurant is great overall, but the only issue we encountered was the last time we visited. The employee preparing our food was wearing earplugs and seemed constantly distracted on the phone, prompting her to repeatedly ask us what the problem was. If I were the owner, I would address this issue immediately.

Good food, but something too expensive. Many choices for salad/wraps. The tomato soup had a very strong basil taste. The Broccoli soup was terrible. It is gritty and has a pouring taste. The pack was great. There is no soda fountain. You have a small selection of bottle soda. The teas are good.

The young servers were GREAT! Thank you, ladies Unfortunately the mature woman, if I asked if the server that carries the mask could continue to serve me, was excited, her eyes rolled and went away. All right. What they didn't know was me with Delta in the ICU. Lobet God I survived but not yet 100% back to pre-COVID-19. Numbers are on the rise again and yes we all have our opinions about it. I just made arrangements. Regardless, if I ask for the server with the mask, whether it could continue to fulfill my order, why the posture. I asked politely. You can politely refuse.
