Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Pearland

I will never return to this restaurant! I ordered BBQ wings but received sweet and spicy instead. When I went back to politely inform them of the mistake, the manager insisted that the sauce I received was BBQ. The main difference between the two sauces is that the sweet and spicy has red flakes to make it hotter. My advice to the manager is to simply correct the customer's order instead of arguing with them. I took photos that clearly show the red flakes in the sauce. It was disappointing because I really enjoyed those wings.

Tonight on Cinco de Mayo, I went to Popeyes in Shadow Creek at 9 o'clock. They informed me that they did not have any promotions because they claim the internet said they close at 10. I hope the manager gets fired.

The service at this restaurant is awful. They are frequently closed and when they are open, they move very slowly and take forever to serve customers. The dining experience is often a disappointment.

The food and customer service at this restaurant are terrible. The manager was seen dropping chicken on the counter before putting it in customers' orders. The workers drive recklessly through the parking lot and almost run you over in their rush to deliver orders on time, even though they are already running behind. This location is unacceptable. I recommend going to a different restaurant instead. The manager and employees here are awful.

The service at this restaurant is fast and efficient, and the environment is clean and well-organized. The food is delicious, especially the hot sauce that adds a great punch of flavor.
