If I could give a 0 star, I would! there was hair on the window at our table? the lady who sat us sat at a stand for four when we were a party of seven. not to mention the table was dirty, it had not been wiped. They've made almost all our orders wrong. never come back! My brothers Huhn had blood and all the food was cold. we had asked to talk to a manager, and the server said they would come out and the manager never came, we waited for the manager for at least 10 minutes.

Don’t bother! I felt so bad for the servers. There’s not enough of them to cover tables. They were struggling! I literally could have walked out and no one would have noticed. Food was okay. Not sure what the issue is with not enough staff. You’re better off going somewhere drive-thru.

Our experience here was fantastic. Our server was exceptional; despite being busy, she was always available and extremely helpful, especially with my mom. The new $5 drink, the Trifecta, was delicious. I just wish I could remember our server's name. The service overall was outstanding, and it was impressive that even the general manager stopped by to check on us. It was a really nice touch. Please make sure to acknowledge her—what she did isn’t something you come across often!

Coming back from out of town we stopped at this Chilli's in Pearland and definitely had a good time. The waitress took good care of us making sure we got our food on time. Had their mushrooms burger and loved it!Parking: Easy parking and convenient to everyone including handicapped customers.

We visited the Pearland Chili's on our way home from the airport. The food was mostly good. Fries tasted old, but we just didn't eat them. The service was lacking, too put it nicely. The restaurant was nearly empty so we were confused as to why there was nobody to seat us when we entered. Then, once seated it took at least 5 minutes before the bartender told us, from behind the bar, that he would be with us in a minute. Another couple of minutes go by and he comes to take our whole order. 5-10 minutes later we finally get our 3 teas. When we finally got our appetizers it was only 3 or 4 minutes before all of our other food came out. The bartender was back behind the bar so 3 other girls brought the food out. I'm not sure where they have been, but they weren't waiting tables or seating people before õ after this appearance. We got no other service until the meal was over. Very poorly timed service. VERY poor service, in general. I will never return to this location.

Shorted 3 items. Offered a refund with an email receipt. Nothing. Stay away from these hell hole.

Steak was good , service was slow and poor . Food presentation was not the best especially that guacamole side . The red sauce had split all over and everything was mixed up . I loved my steak though. The service was slow because they might have been understaffed. I hope they get this solved because this location is so busy .

Went to this Chilis on 12/17/23 and was very unsatisfied...To begin with we waited about 10 minutes before any one aknowledege us being there to be seated, there was also 2 other familys that were there before we were waiting...We were seated and i orderd a White Russian, she looked at me all crazy and stated they have not had any Khula in over a year and a half..WHAT? you have a full bar and I expect the drink that I order, ok fine i ordered a Margrita...We ordered our meal with an appetitzer, asked that the app gets to us first... Well about 10 minutes later a manager comes out with ONE plate and it was my main entree, her name was Erica and very poor charcter, she started to set plate down and i said hold on where is the nachos we ordered before hand and she stated she brings out what is put up there, wrong answer, to begin with you bring the app, the the main entrees a few later and you bring out the wholes table food at one time, not one by one as they are done. I made her take back my entree and she did not like it...Very short with her reponses, NEVER carried a smile anytime she was in the resturant..we got through the dinner and time to pay,, WE had 2 e gift cards amounting to 35.00 and one 25.00 visa gift card, i told the waitress that the e cards come off first, them the 25 vis acard and we pay the balance of 51.00...well needless to say they did not run it that way and the 25 gift card kept being declined...Tht manager stated that this has happened before, WELL if it happens the first time, you try to correct it, instead of just declining.. WE paid the bill, no tip ..got home called the visa gift card company and the male manager was running that card for 30.00 and then another for 60.00, and of course it was being declined...I was livid, FROM NOW ON WHEN A CUSTOMER COMES IN WITH EGIFT CARDS AND A VISA GIFT CARD A PHYSICAL CARD, YOU RUN THE E GIFT CARDS FIRST, YOU BRING THE BALANCE TO THE CUSTOMER WITH BALANCE, WE WILL DEDUCT THE 25.00 BALANCE ON CARD, PAY OUR PORTION ON ANOTHER PYMT FORM AND THEN THAT REMAINING 25.00 COMES OFF..BOOM BAM DONE....THIS FOOL WAS RUNNING AMOUNTS WAY OVER THE 25 ON THE CARD..IM SURE THIS WILL GO TO THE STORE, AND ALL MANAGERS GET A SCHOOLING IN THIS MATTER...WE WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS RESTURANT MAINLY BECAUSE OF THE BAR AND WHEN A MANAGER {ERICA) IS RUDE JUST RECAUSE I ASKED HER TO TAKE MY MAIN COURSE BACK AND PLEASE BRING MY APP FIRST.....NOT A HAPPY CAMPER WITH THIS PLACE..PLEASE DO NOT GO

The server's attitude was neither bad nor good; it felt more like she didn’t want to be there at all. She walked away before I had finished asking for what I needed. Her demeanor suggested a lack of interest in providing good service. The food matched her personality – it was dry and unappetizing. The chicken crispers were overcooked and difficult to chew, and my friend’s meal was lukewarm. I didn’t bother asking for a replacement because I lost all confidence in the kitchen at that point. When we requested to pay with Apple Pay at the end, she informed us that the machines were already turned off. I asked if she could turn one back on, and she agreed, but if that was an option, why even mention that they were off? It would have been better for her to just take care of the payment. Overall, this was a very disappointing dining experience.

After waiting more than 45 minutes for our meals (just two plates), we were disappointed to find that our order was incorrect when it finally arrived. The medium steak was overcooked to well done, the fajitas were tough and chewy, and the rice was undercooked and hard. We were really let down by the service. We didn't even finish our food; we just wanted to leave. We certainly won't be coming back.

If I could rate this place with no stars, I definitely would! There was hair on the window next to our table. The hostess seated us at a booth designed for four people, even though we were a party of seven. To add to our frustration, the table was dirty and hadn't been cleaned. Almost all of our orders were incorrect. We will absolutely not be coming back! My brother's chicken was undercooked and bloody, and all the food was cold. We asked to speak to a manager, but although the server assured us someone would come out, we waited at least 10 minutes and no one ever appeared.

When our appetizers arrived, it wasn't long before the rest of our meals were served. The bartender had returned to the bar, and three other servers suddenly appeared with our food, even though we hadn't seen them attending to other tables or greeting guests before or after this. Throughout our meal, we received no additional service. The timing felt poorly coordinated, and overall, the service was very disappointing. I won't be coming back to this location.

The restaurant was only about 20% full, yet we were told there would be an hour-long wait to be seated. When we asked to speak with the manager, we were told she was busy cooking and unavailable. Eventually, we got a table, and our server was very friendly and accommodating. The happy hour drink was good, although the bartender didn't follow our no-salt request until the fourth round. Better late than never, I suppose. The food was quite good; we ordered the fajitas and enjoyed them.

I cannot recommend this restaurant. The staff was quite unprofessional; they completely overlooked us. The bartender didn’t even greet us with a simple hello, even though we were sitting right at the bar.
