Arby's deserves more appreciation. The service at this location is excellent. They are generous with the meat, especially compared to most burger drive-thrus, and the Spicy Beef sandwich really packs a punch! It’s not for those who can’t handle spice, but there are plenty of other options to choose from. View all feedback.
What Marcus A doesn't like about Arby's:
Waited in line for 30 min with no communication of what was going on with my food. Other cars behind me just left the line. When finally got attention of employee they said they are waiting on the chicken. I just asked for my money back and left. No communication which is bad for any restaurant or business. I was served by Jared during my recent visit, and I’ve been there a few times before. I was impressed that he remembered my name. He’s an outstanding employee, and I've never seen anyone work as quickly as he does. With my doctorate in business, I would hire him instantly if I were still in the workforce, but at 70 years old, I'm now retired. The remodeling of the Arby's on Atlanta Highway looks fantastic. The manager deserves recognition for providing exceptional training to their staff.
Great food for a reasonable price. but the main reason I chose to leave this review was because of the exemplary service from a young man named, Jesus. He is a great employee and provided outstanding customer care!
They delivered!!! Everything was fresh like I requested. Matter of fact I had to pull over to finish eating! I ordered the new wagyu burger combo.
The food was excellent, as always. However, it took nearly five minutes for the staff to notice we were there, and I had to shout to get their attention. The Reuben sandwich is fantastic! Overall, I would rate the food a 5/5.
The fish burned my tongue, but I can't really complain about it; it was good overall. However, I wasn't a fan of whatever sweet sauce was on it—maybe it was the tartar sauce, but I can't say for sure. I arrived about 20 minutes before closing, and I would have gladly waited for fresh fries, but what I got were stale and cold. To the staff: the shortage doesn't affect your paycheck. Please just toss those old fries and make me a fresh batch—I’m paying for it. Thanks!
