The DPI is a must when you visit Mystic. The service and quality of food is fantastic. The historic significance of the building and old New England feel makes for a warm and intimate step back in history. Another bonus, they have live music down in the bar 7 nights a week! View all feedback.
What Raymond Nix doesn't like about Captain Daniel Packer Inne:
We were told we could sit at any table at the bar but if you sit at the bigger tables you 'll have to move is a bigger party comes in does this mean I have to change tables if my food is on the table??? Asked to speak to a manager to clarify was told she 's not available to speak to ppl really??? Goodbye View all feedback.
We went for our anniversary. The service was great and we both loved our food. I had the salmon and my husband had the reuben.
Just a great place. Getting expensive though. Still the best roasted cod dish.
Food was fantastic. Everything cooked perfectly and the service (thank Jack) matched the food.

Best NE clam chowder I’ve ever had, and as a native New Englander, I’ve had A LOT of it. Our waiter, Jack, was so kind and attentive (thank you)! I almost felt like I was taken back in time! It’s a quaint little restaurant in a 1700s house with a lot of original architecture, including the floors. Very unique. Our lobster rolls were generous and delicious, and the fries were wonderful. Perfect end to our day!
