This place offers some of the best beers you'll find around. The NJT/MetroNorth stop is conveniently located right at Defiant's entrance, making it easily accessible via the Pascack Valley Line.
Poor service. Not enough staff. Waited over 20 min with not even a We 'll be right with you. Guy next to me waiting for longer.

Defiant used to be my favorite spot. They had fantastic beers and amazing smoked meats. Unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing. The beer selection is now quite limited, and the smoked wings I ordered were tough and dry, lacking any smoky flavor. They seemed like they might have been sitting around for a while. What happened to this place?
