He apologized for the mess. 4-9-2022: The food tasted great, but I ordered a big one and when I told them it was a medium that the guy said, no, it's a big one. I let it go because I'm hungry, but I measured when I came home and it's a medium. I'll go back tomorrow to get a big one. A medium is 12 inside, a big one. It's 14 over there. I know what a big one looks like because I and my kids eat pizza once a week. I also ordered Brooklyn Style and this is a normal hand. It was 20 minutes to close and they just didn't want to do what I requested and paid!.
