What User doesn't like about Ninety Acres:
I took a party of six for a birthday party and when they took the escape to the table, they forgot to eat someone. there was also a problem with beverage orders. overall they changed the bill to make the mistakes, but in a restaurant of this quality it is unacceptable. View all feedback.
Food was mostly good with a few disappointing dishes. Service was definitely subpar for a place like this. It also took too long between dishes. So overall good, but below expectations for a place like this (and our prior experience).
Great food and a wonderful evening sitting on the outside patio. Servers were excellent and really knew the menu and paid attention to detail.
Simply put one of the best restaurants in NJ. Always wonderful food and service.
We arrived at 5 so we could sit out by the fire pit and enjoy the beautiful weather! They let us relax until our reservation at 5:30. The ambiance is beautiful!. The restaurant has brick walls with lights on the wall which as the evening goes on picks up a sultry mood. There is a section by the open kitchen that has floor to ceiling windows that you can sit next too, as well. My friend ordered a bottle of wine off the menu that also had the cocktails. What we didn't know was that there was an iPad with a list of much better wines. We all felt it should have said that so we could have seen the better selection. That was the only hiccup. As for food we began with the endive salad, the tuna crudo and two had the salmon rillette. Everyone thought all was delicious. The tuna crudo had a little kick to it and was presented beautifully! I have to say it was the best I have ever had! As for entrees I had the duck, my husband had the halibut which he though was great and one had the pasta with mushrooms that came with quite a bit of truffle on top and one had the pizza. We all loved our mains. My friend who had the pizza felt the crust was a little too thin and crispy but thought it had a great flavor. For dessert we had the sorbet selection and the sundae. Also very tasty. The service was spot on, the ambiance pretty and the food was delicious! All in all a great night !
Always an amazing experience. Great food in a beautiful space.
