It's well maintained given the age of the owners, and I really hope it can remain open beyond this year. The tee boxes and fairways are in excellent condition, and most of the greens are as well, playing at a fairly quick pace, which is a plus. It's a challenging course, especially since there are no par 5 holes, making it a great value overall.
