Honestly, how hard is it to read a simple order? I also found that a few items were missed when I got home.
I visited the restaurant one night and had a fantastic experience with a great staff member. However, when I returned a couple of nights later, my experience was not as pleasant with a different staff member. It seems unfortunate that the quality of service can vary so much.
I found a hair in my food. I called to tell them and the Manager was dismissive and rude about it. I wasn't being hostile about it, so she had no reason. She made me bring my food in and looked for the hair. After a while she just replaced it and walked away. It was a pretty bad experience with her and it wasn't the first time.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant in Peace River. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit!
100% no questions asked the worst fast food location in alberta. The owner employs people who touch minors and scream so loud everyone in the mall can hear them. When asked about it the owner had an ignorant response and has done nothing. She knows it’s an issue too. If you are going to go to this a&w i unfortunately have to tell you DON’T. Joanne serious changes gotta be made cause this is disgusting.
