I visited this restaurant for the first time on my birthday, and I was not disappointed! The food was delicious, and the cheesecake I had for dessert was incredible! I will definitely go back to try more flavors. It's not overly expensive, and since we went for lunch during the week, it wasn’t very busy. Highly recommended! Food: 5/5. View all feedback.

I had the worst dining experience I've ever encountered. I spent over $75, ordering the Eggroll plate and requested a substitution of avocado eggrolls for tex mex due to an allergy, but they still served me the avocado eggrolls along with two tiny cups of avocado dip on the side. I also asked for extra Madeira sauce and mushroom-wine sauce for my combo of chicken Madeira and steak Diane, but they didn't provide any.... View all feedback.
I want to start saying how amazing our server was, but I choose to let his name out of the review to not bring him into trouble. this oversight is nothing against his service because he went beyond and beyond to help us. the cheesecake factory manager not so much. my friend ordered the filet mignon meal cooked medium. when the plate came to our table, it was cooked in a very rare medium and had a large piece of fat on the edge. we are not the kind to complain, so that he continued to eat what he could eat from the piece. about a third of the way through the steak he realized that the rest was absolutely not cooked. at this place noticed our server that he had stopped eating, and realized how the rest of the meal was undercooked. he quickly brought the meal back into the kitchen, and the only offer she made was to cook the rest of the meat left. for an established restaurant like the cheesecake factory I would have expected a far better solution for the problem. for a $38 filet mignon, we will spend the extra $12 and head to the capital grill next time.
My family went to the Cheesecake Factory last night for dinner. Every experience there is always great! On this visit we were sat down right away. Our drink order was taken within minutes! I ordered the orange chicken and kids ordered the buttered pasta to share. They offered us a extra plate (so they kids can split it) The orange chicken was cooked perfect! The rice was a little dry, but it wasn’t bad. The kids loved their pasta.I had the pumpkin pecan cheesecake and it was by the far the best cheesecake I have eaten! Thank you again for such a great experience!
Everyone is burnt out, underpaid and rightfully so not happy waiting on table after table of cranky people. We visit this location frequently, and time after time this location goes above and beyond with their friendliness and service. I have come not to expect much from service because empathize with what front line workers have gone through, so to get out of the park service now is really worth shouting out. Good drinks, food is always pretty consistent. It is a go to chain for us!
Zero customer service, we were 8 people in the party and they refused to accommodate us and made us sit on two separate tables while there were many tables available around us. The host who gave us the table was very rude.
We had a terrible experience at the Cheesecake Factory at the Northshore Mall. The table was filthy and I don't think they clean their restaurant at all. Our entrees took over an hour to come out. The orange chicken was bone dry and cold. When we got the bill we noticed that we were charged over $15 for 2 sodas. They said the reason was because they had to open cans and the soda behind the bar was broken. It's totally outrageous to charge someone that much for 2 cans of soda.
