The food was fresh and served hot, and the service was quick. The staff was polite when taking our orders. However, I noticed that they didn’t inform us that the payment window was closed—customers had to pull up to the pick-up window to pay instead. A simple sign indicating this would be really helpful, as well as a reminder to use the next window for payment. View all feedback.

I would advise against visiting this restaurant unless you're eager to meet the unmistakable Cassian named "Shantel," who struggles to take orders effectively. The level of unprofessionalism is astounding; even after repeating your order five times, they still manage to mess it up. You'll likely leave feeling frustrated because of their mistakes. Obviously it is too much to try to find out what they are doing wrong. I've charged the $5 deal I've made through the app, and I'm $9 while I haven't paid for my sprit. lol modern day competence for them.
Clean out your mccafe machine. I decided to try a mcd's latte for the the first time yesterday and it tasted really funky.
1st off every time I go to this McDonalds is always something no matter what language I speak, I speak English and Spanish perfectly and I work at Dunkin’ Donuts for over 12 years so I know how it’s like to work on a fast food place. I always order the combo number 7 with the two cheeseburgers and ask for one of them plain WITH NO CHEESE and every time I have to get off my car to go inside so they can give me another one because no matter what language I used they never get my order right even tho I specifically say no cheese. 2nd the person they have in charge whom ever it is no matter what shift is it they don’t know how to treat customers, no matter how busy it is you can tell people to get out of the line because they have a huge line when they made a mistake with your order and you are asking them to fix it. They have no manners and no education. To bad for me that’s the only McDonald close to my house and my son only eats McDonalds and I have to go there almost everyday. Fix it McDonal’s. Is not so hard to understand NO CHEESE, NO QUESO!
Awful McDonalds always getting things wrong because they can't understand what ur saying and when they do understand they still get it wrong .. maybe they should think about customizing a language adjuster for the people who can't really understand English when there putting orders together so it shows them what the order is in there language so they understand better or something.. it needs too b fixed tired of my orders always wrong
Better than average McDonalds. Drive through was not quick the evening I visited, but they did provide a free medium fry coupon for our wait.
