The brisket and ribs were incredibly juicy, moist, and fresh, with plenty of meat and a delightful smoky flavor. For sides, we had mac and cheese, beans, and cornbread, all of which were fantastic and had a unique twist of flavor. The owner, Hoppy, and the staff were very friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well-organized. Our order came out quickly as well. The BBQ sauce was delicious, although I would have appreciated having a few different varieties to choose from. These are some of the best ribs I've had in a long time. I will definitely return to try more items from the menu.

The best BBQ I’ve experienced in the area! The ribs are absolutely FANTASTIC, the brisket is tasty, and the pulled pork sandwich is exceptional. They also offer deep-fried pulled pork rolls on Thursdays, which are a must-try. I visit this spot frequently and have recommended it to several friends. It’s a cozy place, and the owner runs it just a short distance away.

I dined at Hoppy's for the first time today, and I was absolutely amazed! They serve some of the most delicious BBQ and sides I've ever tasted—and I've had my fair share of BBQ. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Keep up the fantastic work!

Out of this world!! I go to Hoppy's several times a month and it never disappoints. The pulled pork sandwich is huge and the amazing homemade BBQ sauce served on the side is a nice balance of tangy and spice is out of the world! I usually get the same 2 sides the homemade macaroni and cheese which is so rich and creamy my favorite) and the Cajun fresh cut fries so much flavor!!! The service is always friendly, I highly recommend Hoppy's Barbeque!!!

Lots of food at an amazing price! I strongly recommend the Little Squealer! You get a bit of everything; ribs, chicken, pulled pork, corn bread, and two sides on top for $18. It's like lunch and dinner and a midnight snack! I will be going back again soon!
