What I hate humanity doesn't like about Dunkin':
Worst drive thru. Long wait. Guy sounded dead and that he didn't care. Went to pay he started digging thru tip jar so I thought than ran out of change or something. Extremely friendly staff. They are in a high traffic area so it gets VERY busy in the morning and mistakes do sometimes happen but they fix it quickly with a smile and I enjoy stopping there on my way to work. Lots of great people there. There is a dunks closer to my house (of course, we are in New England), but this location really strives to make it right. Clean and they can always be counted on to make the perfect coffee. Best dunkin I've ever been to!
I have always loved Dunkins. Their coffee is great and donuts and bagles are excellent. The staff is very courtes.
